1. Information we collect

When you submit an enquiry, Repledged collects the information you provide, including your name, work email, organisation, role, organisation type, current priority and any context you choose to share. We also record the source page and campaign parameters used to reach the form.

Please do not submit confidential case information, sensitive personal data or regulated customer records through this website.

2. How we use information

We use enquiry information to respond to you, assess design-partner fit, understand demand for Repledged and keep a record of business communications. The legal basis will generally be our legitimate interests in operating and developing the business, or steps requested before entering a contract.

3. Service providers and sharing

Google Cloud hosts this website and stores submitted enquiries in a private UK-region storage bucket. Business email providers may process information when we reply. Enquiry information will not be sold. If a Google Sheet or customer-relationship system is enabled later, this notice will be updated before those tools receive submissions.

4. Retention and security

Website enquiry records are automatically deleted from our storage bucket after 365 days. Business correspondence may be retained longer where needed for an active commercial relationship, legal requirement or dispute. Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect the information.

5. Your rights
